Just for a bit of more clarification, here is an email from an ongoing bait, the scammer reacts to my character´s unwillingness to work with "email strangers" because the character has been scammed before. Read what the scammer writes to make me feel comfortable again...

Remember it´s a scammer posing as a Reverend saying that. This EFCC would be him just the same - as in your case the "police" is.

Well guess what folks? Guess who I heard from today? Yep, you got it. RoseBekky is back in the picture. She contacted me today to tell me why she had disappeared. I though I would share the story.

What she told me is that she, her sister, and her lawyer had been kidnapped at gunpoint by marauders during a road trip. They were held for days until the police rescued them (no wonder the police told me I would hear from her soon) Of course they stole all the money she had.

Now she is afraid to leave the house because not all of the crooks had been arrested. She then proceeds to tell me that she wanted to talk to me but she couldn't and that she still loved me. She was ready to come home now because she is afraid for her life.

To make a long story short I called her on the pictures she had sent me and even after showing her the proof (the site that had the same pictures) she said that they were stolen from her. But 400+ sites? I told her the name of the model, where she lives, and her age. She said it was a lie.

i also told her that a couple were doctored and you could see the overlays. Not done but were real thing. Blamed it on the camera. What more proof did she need that she was busted? Of course she said she was crying but did not affect my decision. She was over and done.

Anyway I talked a bit more then she "lost connection" and did not log in again. Somehow I expect I may hear from her sister but not sure about that one. I will tell her the same thing.

I also brought up the issue of webcams, realtime picture, or anything to prove herself but alas, no go, other than saying she was real and had no way of proving it.

She may try again but my mind has not changed but I will see what she has to say then.
