My theory to this Pic is: on the right site one can a metal plate. In the first line I can read the name "Dudley's Pound".

Pound was born on the Isle of Wight. Pound died on 21 October 1943 and after a funeral in Westminster Abbey, his ashes and those of his wife were scattered at sea.
In the middle on can read only the half from the name "Frank T. ..."
