I am glad to see you spotted it as a scam and even happier that you checked out the details to find the proof for yourself that its a scam.

Please make no mention of your findings to the scammer or he is likely to change those portions of his scam.

The Sydney IP is going to be a proxy, scammers have been known to be in Sydney but it is extremely rare.

Doing a google search on the Sydney IP will confirm my suspicions Click Here several of the findings indicate it is used by spammers and scammers
