toplop.com - NEGATIVE

Another one that seems to be fake woman's pictures and just some workers writing all correspondence! You will get 3 messages every day!

Woman never give out their personal contact details, with various excuses...

When you ask precise question, for example about what tattoo they have (was partly shown on a picture), they answer vaguely.

No proper contact details either on the website, so stay clear from this one!

I have used this service for about a year. Yes there are scammers on this site. Getting 3 letters per time is suspect. I believe the site does this to con me into spending credits. I do online searches using the profile details to see what other sites the women are on and make up my mind about them using this information and what I read in the profile.
Very often initial letters sent out by the women just have my name added to the top. And replies to my letters are the same. Then again many of the women don’t speak English so it makes sense to have a prepared reply.
However I have met in person 5 very nice, genuine women from this website so there are genuine women on the site. Also I have made a couple of good penfriends.
For various reasons we did not continue our relationship and I am still looking. After the first couple of letters the replies should be genuine answers to your questions. I have had this in the first response.
I should also say that I am an expat New Zealander living in Ukraine so I appreciate my circumstances are a little different. I don’t drink or like nightclubs and bars where the other expats chase women so the internet is the best place for me to make contact.
Language is a significant obstacle. Online there are machine translators which allow people to get to know something of each other. I am a beginning language student so this will change for me in the future.
A piece of advice: scammers target nice guys who believe in fairy tales.
You have been warned.

They put into practice a new scamming method.

If you pay attention you only are contacted by women with higher "credits". This is very odd because those women already have many contacts and it would be more natural that you receive contacts from those that receive fewer letters.

Besides, those high rated women - more expensive! - have profiles in other sites (maybe the same network?) that work by the same method and so for sure they get more contacts that they can handle or need (because each of those sites only inform you that Miss XXX - always an high rated one! - wants to contact you (read: make you spend money).

So, I think this is a big business for those "women" (?) and for those sites. I guess they can get hundreds of mails daily
and or they share the revenues ("woman" / agency) or those high rated profiles are completly fake.

That explains also why many of the letters you receive don't answer to nothing you ask. Pay attention!

Here is what I have experienced using the services at Toplop site for some
time. First I recomend that you stay away from this site, nearly every profile
here are scammers or agency employies writing you back. Sometimes the
girls send you e-mail adresses in headers, be sure that you have met a
scammer. Many times I have reported suspicious profiles, girls with double
profiles and from other sites with different names. Every time toplop tells me
they have checked the girl and that she is the one in the profile. I can
understand it because they operate with Dating Agencies in Russia and
Ukraine, buying and selling these fraud profiles. Example is MerryCherry.com

For 3 months I wrote this girl in Odessa and we finally decided to meet. I had
checked as much as possible in forehand about her, name, adress, phone..
But I had not spoken with her in person. I went there in my holiday, not only to
meet her but some other ladies as well. She did not show up on our date, and
she did not leave any message for me at my phone or at the Acommadation
Office. Up to the last letter, she always wrote that she was looking forward to
my next letter, even though I told her I could not write because my journey
has started. During my time there I met this local taxidriver, and together we
went to her adress. You guessed right, noone living there with her name.
When I returned home I wrote toplop about the matter claiming my credits
back. After pushing them quite hard, they agreed that it was a fraud profile.
But toplop did not delete her profile, she´s still going on with the scam. New
credits to my account, I sent her a wink. You guessed right, next day there
was a letter from her. Many other guys have expereinced the same I believe.
You never get the personal contact information from a girl, well a couple of
times I have expereinced it like phone and e-amil. But they normally disappear
after a couple of letters. The site send you 3 letters a day, about the same
hour!? But sometimes I get as many as 15 one day. It is always like this, first
one letter from a city, then bunches of letters from girls in the same city. Same
fraud person trying to hook you up!! If I delete one letter, some days later the
same letter in my mailbox, copy of the first one.

When I stayed in the city I saw a lot of guys coming there to meet ladies.
Almost every second table at a restaurant occupied with a guy, a girl and a
translator. It is big business for everyone connected with dating. If you go to a
marriage agency, they provide you with translation service, discount cupons
at a restaurant and of course you can browse their catalouges. Beware, many
of these girls dine and drink expencive, and they leave you very quickly if not.
In one bar I did observe one lady with 5 different guys in one week. One guy
from the US met with her and she hardly spoke 10 centences with the poor
guy. She stayed half an hour talking in her mobile and half an hour with her
advicers two tables away, then she left the guy, not interested. Anyway, it is
more to recomend to go there, browse the girls in an agency and ask for a
meeting. Some agencies arrange meetings outside bars and restaurants. And
remember the girls are not used to close attention from men, like in western
countries. They all seem a little shy and seldom answer you, if spoken to in
the streets. You know why? Because the dating business is very well known
to be shady and full of cheats. Most girls don´t want to be connected with it.
My girlfriend from Odessa is now trying to register at an Agency, to learn
about the system for scamming western guys. I do believe that toplop pay the
agencies for every letter send or read by a western ScamVictim.

I miss one site, where to report scam profiles not connected to an e-mail
adress. Scammers who operates in hinding from agencies or dating cites. I
welcome any suggestions from you.

From the hundreds of girls I met in the net, I could only recognize one of them
in real in Odessa. In a catalouge in an agency. Stay away from Toplop.com!!!!!!!!
