I am getting sick of your attitude protecting a guilty man.
We are
not protecting the scammers but the innocent man who photos have been stolen and is completely unaware that scammers are using his photos at all. Many scammers steal photos of innocent people and get their victims to believe that they are the person in the photos when clearly they are not.
Like SlapHappy said: Scammers are sociopaths (they KNOW what they are doing is wrong and continue to do it anyway), and they lie
ALL THE TIME (As a matter of fact, it is extremely rare for a scammer to even give his real name, let alone any real information about him).
..He may have had his ID nicked by a gang of Nigerians BUT this man is Winston Ingram, This man is a con artiste and this man wrecked my partners life by conning her out
NO! The man is the photos is NOT affiliated with the 419 scammers who decided to scam your partner and thus pursuing him would be pointless as you would not only be announcing to him that his photos are being used in scammers but forcing him to take responsibility for something that he did NOT do is not going to turn out well for you.
One way or another I will find him and I wont give in until I do
Two things will happen if you attempt that:
1) Jail for harassing an innocent man who's identity was stolen by scammers.
2) Many victims have tried to find their scammer and the ones that have, usually don't come out of it alive.
Do you really want to cause you and your partner more grief by trying to track down scammers who are well hidden with the anonymity of the internet? If you really want to cause the scammer pain then post all of the scammers details, including IP address, photos he sent your partner, and anything else that could be useful for potential future victims to find more easily.
