Like all of you I came into contact with this person online. He was on http://www.hi5.com and using the name Ramon, but then it was known as Ramon white and using the email address: ramonlooking@yahoo.com
I see all the info placed here and on the file after thinking to look through.
He was calling me wife and said his mother resides in Nigeria but he lives in el paso texas and how she was ill for some time etc etc.
He mentioned about a son named david and having an ex wife who is black, and was married for years. He said his dad died years ago then mother returned to nigeria afterwards. He sent me ecards, emails and emails, wanted to marry me etc etc. wanted to meet my family etc etc.

There are good people out there with good intentions. When scammers go out there and just do this, and want to take people's hard earn money and exploit, it is plain out criminal. They make me sick!
Anyone out there, use this forum to say ur part and report these scammers, and help the authorities crack down on these people. All the pics on these posts here, all of them were sent to me by him.

Hi everyone -

Thanks to a diligent friend on Tagged...I see that this man - this fake "Jimmy" face - is a scammer....I have been dialoguing with him for the past week or two...his name on Tagged is Dary C. 37 - his Yahoo ID is "daryloverdreams" - here is his Tagged page that I met him on - http://www.tagged.com/mypage.html?uid=5383980584

You can see by his profile here and the story he has given me - they do not match at all - he is telling me all about how he works as some kind of oil contractor in Cambridge, England and he stays in a hotel for 3 months (even though he lives in the US in SC) and needed a person like me to conduct business with him...so he asked me to open an Etrade acct and I did...but savings only, with no personal acct connected to it except one that was overdrawn..

I talked on IM to his "lawyer" in the Bronx (or so he said) - his Yahoo ID is barrysean_delaw - and he assured me that Dary was a good business man and that he would do whatever he could to help us in our business arrangements... I could tell he wasn't "american" either by his language...

But too many things didn't add up..no details on who this "client" was and why he was owed this money (a substantial amt). Then today (on Thanksgiving) he im'ed me and told me he had had a bad day because his secretary just died...I asked him if his company would find another one for him...and he said it was hard to find someone who was honest...and asked me if I could buy some blank checks for him and somehow use them on line...then he started asking me personal questions and calling me sweetie...

And all this time his english was not good and he wouldn't admit that english was not his first language...and he would be up at 4 in the morning ("his" time) and not sleeping...I am glad that I was finally informed of this man in a forum such as this...my friend here at home told me he probably was and now I have proof...it is sad to see this here but I am glad I did no business dealings with him...watch out!

Well, he told me his name was MICHAEL EMMANUEL WRIGHT. THe addressses he used were wrightmich1@yahoo.com, ashleymich4@yahoo.com, gabravid00@yahoo.com, and god4reality@yahoo.com. He is a real smooooooth talker. He promised me love and I fell for it. BOY WHAT AN IDIOT I AM!!!! He told me he had the same religious beliefs and wanted to find someone to love. He wanted to be there for me. He wanted to take care of me. Well then he was in Nigeria working for, and you will laugh at this, UNICEF. He wanted to leave the job and come back to the US and settle down but he didn't have the money for a flight. I am broke as a joke and I told him this. He kept begging, begging and so I scraped up $600 and sent it. Well, I later found this web-site and there was his picture. LOL!!! I FEEL LIKE SUCH AN IDIOT!!!! I wish I would've found it before I sent the money. But hindsight is 20/20. Ladies, be on the look-out for this one.

This guy came on to me last spring of 2007 I believe from myspace..He claimed his name was Larry Masinga..and months before that, I had someone else(cant remember his name now) with the same photo..this guy said he was from Texas but "working " in london and said just about all the same words as everyone else..He wasnt the worst one I had though..I actually had my feelings really hurt by someone by the name of Larry Steven..and I came within 99% close to sending him $1200.00 and meeting him in NY...that was before I realized I was truly getting scammed..
