He said his name was Captian Robert Smith living in Cotton East~Anglia UK.
Said he was serving in Afghanistan
Said he was born in America but from English parents and a Father with Some Holland in him.
Said they were both dead but that his father left inheritance from investments and wanted me to help release them from Holland.
I did send money as he convinced me that I was paying for Spouse Sponsored Leave! All to be refunded as he reached the UK Via RAF Lakenheath.
I put £40 on a mobile phone number he gave me from O2.
he sent me flowers that I traced back to America, Proflowers.com
He only contaced very early in the morning or late at night, before and after going to work!
Even at weekends it was in the afternoon and evening saying there was a 3 half hour time difference.
I never saw him homw but got an email to say he had been attacked on the way to the airport and he was in a military hospital. From this I contacted RAF Lakenheath. Raf Mildenhall got me in touch with this site from that call.
I've attached some more photo's
He contacted me through Girls Date For Free a free site for women in the UK. Another member that I found on your scam list has contacted me too.
I did not reply to him just blocked him.

OMG, I just went thru the same thing with this guy!!!!!! last night when i was talking to him he started asking for money tro get out of the setrvice by next week & i told him i dont have any & i probley will not hear from him again. I also met him on the senior dating website also. he told me he loved me, wanted to marry me & he sent me the exact ppoems & lovbe letters he has sent you. This guy must be stopped & somehow try to get hold of this guy that is in the army & let him know what someone is doing to this poor guy. I'm so angrey this guy is getting away with this. Do not tell him that you found out that he is a scammer. Leave him without words and block him everywhere...no calls, no emails...etc. Be aware he could come back with another identity or he will try some other kind of scam like Lottery scam, next of kin...etc. or if you have send money already he will send you a email claiming to be from the FBI, EFCC etc. to help you to get your money back for some fee this is what we call recovery scam. No real institution would email you out from the blue without you contacted them at first

OMG! This is too much. I wish there was a way to stop these scumbags! I feel so bad that the honorable men out there are being "abused" by these people. I wish and I do hope that there is a way to stop them and soon.
I know the hurt you feel because I went through the same. I keep telling myself there is at least a small proportion of reasonable, trustworthy men out there.
