William B Garrett is a scammer of note. He uses email address williamb.garrettiii@ymail.com and williamgarrett2@ymail.com . He is so smooth but does not want to talk about USA politics and always brings religion into any conversation. Does he really think I am going to pay his way to "Deposit money into my account"? How can a Major General of the US Army not have his own funds? Must have thought I am going to fall for the same trick twice. Shame the poor idiot.
