I don´t know whether the domain is scammer-owned or just scammer-abused; for the time being, findings on that domain, none of which are of an obvious advance fee fraud structure (but this rocketmail-mugu surely is!) are here viewtopic.php?f=21&t=47504, not accessible to search engines.
