You know this guy or guys really got a thing going over at match.com. I didn't even want to come here and post this. These guys are like morphing malware. They so randomly change thier pics and names and move words around in the profiles. Anyway the same scam was trying to be run on me and the special guy IM'ed me with Hi I'm Kelvin. I asked if he were Kelvin Smith and he said yes why? So I just blocked him and came here to post this. He is using love_man109 as his match.com ID and I will put the picture he is using this time.

It gets especially sickening knowing that since match.com is a paysite, scammers must be pretty successful also in either credit card fraud and/or making people provide their / pay for their scam accounts

this other Kelvin Smith on match is probably a scammer, too, but technically there is no evidence of that. Just because he is also Kelvin Smith and also contacted you on match is not a sufficient proof. The picture is not of the same guy as in the original topic, so split.

He is a BIG Scammer. He posted himself on Arab Lounge as "MylovemanFl" He used the name Chris D. Johnson from Jacksonville Florida. His email was chris.dj12@gmail.com. He also used yahoo messenger chris.dj12@yahoo.com He carried a phone with a number from Ghana +233242661231 and a phone number 904-418-9107. He said that he was a engineer working on a project for the govt in Ghana. He is smooth talker with a slight accent ,he gets very upset if you start to question him. I have a successful approach toward life and can be spontaneous fun and playful. Even though I believe in being phsyically fit, I am not into the preoccupation of being perfect. I am a very outgoing and loving person and have a lot to give to the right person. I believe we were put on this earth to thrive and I live each and everyday as if it were my last. I am financially self sufficient and reliant. He wrote that he did not have kids and that his ex-wife had birth problems and miscarriages. He said that he would relocate to find his soul mate.

My Kelvin Smith He uses on yahoo mess & email klv_smith@yahoo.com.

He said worked as geologist,came from usa Mum Uk Dad, came from Liverpool Uk before moved to Texas,USA.Said later Temple,Texa, but also gave 2237 Waterdance Circle,Apartment 726,Arlington,TX76010.

Then went to Contonou, Benin Republic,West Africa, to use machine to find black gold, raw oil.

Then got robbed on way to pay the workers, asked for money, said no,.Then few days later machines ''brainbox'' went wrong needed 3000€ to fix.Again not sent money.
He lost wife,Joyce 5 years ago in car accident and has a 7 year old boy ,Jeffery,staying with friends at the above address.Again such a great dad left son in US and then away working, and comming to be with me his wife as he already calling me, before thinking going home o son.

I found his IP address [from [41.222.192.226] by web29517.mail.ird.yahoo.com via HTTP; Wed, 23 Mar 2011 17:16:06 GMT[and it came up with Ferdinand Cantos,Contonou,Benin .[I have full address and phone/email if anyone needs it] His email was registered to Sunnyvale, US

IP and location of this scammer = 41.222.192.226 = Contonou, Benin

Fell in love in only a few messages, Oh he found me on Plenty Of Fish.Did admit lied about being in Liverpool ,Uk as thought I would not love him.Be warned , also on face book under just Kelvin Smith.

Forgot to post moble phone numbers, he has used the following...+22996741792,+22999577747 & +22996741779.i did have the last laugh on him, told I sent his money via western union, used my married named to him **** Smith, and for the number needed used 1 of his moble numbers in reverse, taking out 1st of the double 2's.Seemed the poor lamb waited in the bank 2 hours 1st day then as I assurred him it left me,must have been some sort terrible muddle,so he went the next day for 3 hours.Got a bit nasty ,threatened me that God would punish me for what I did.

I recognize the man in the photo with the child. He is very, very active on Match .com. I have seen and saved 40 profiles on him since the beginning of June. When I met him he went by the name of George Clements from Houston, Tx, on business in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He used a different picture then, looked like a very youung George Peppard the actor, dark suit white shirt, no tie. After we stopped talking, a month later I noticed another profile this time he had a jean jacket and jeans, with a white shirt. I was busy so I saved him as a favorite. Later I went back and it was the same profile, but his picture changed to the older man in the picture. He has used numerous pictures since then. In fact there were two new profile of him this morning on Match.com. He is definately a scammer. When he found that I was not going to fall for his money schemes, he used my motherly instincts, said his son was in an auto accident and needed $8,000 for an operation. He wanted to wire transfer money to my acount and want me to send him the money. He said his bank would not wire transfer out of state because he was not physically present. He also wanted to transfer money to my credit cards. I fially told him I know every trick in the book and that I had heard it all many times before.
