Next I wrote to Jenny and asked about the fact that on the documents it says Nationality "American". And I knew that Jenny had always told me she was living in Surrey in the UK. She responded on July 10, 2011 with this email from jennyhudson262000@yahoo.com:

My Love, yes i was born in America, and i have been telling you this ever since the first time we met, but you never taken time to let that part sink in your heard, i have always been telling you that i was like 5years old when i left the state to come live in the UK, but you never remember that, am shock that you are asking this question, i thought you knew all along. Please get back to me through email as i do not have access to internet services at the moment since i can not afford it.

Love so much you my dearest Jon

Jenny

Then again she wrote me this short email on July 11, 2011:

I Love you too honey, please let me know if you are online right now ok, will love to chat with you

After reading the Certificate of Deposit and seeing the Notes section where it says like all other scam documents that you must pay a Security Fee in order to be given the "consignment". I wrote a email to Mr. Peter Desmond...asking questions about when that fee needs to be paid. I didn't get a response from him for several days...I also didn't get any response for Jenny in several days either...then I finally got this "tearful" email from her
From Jenny Hudson Email Address: jennyhudson262000@yahoo.com:

My Dearest Jon,
i am so sorry to be getting back to you now, my eyes is filled up with tears as i write this email right now, i would have for sure written you before now to let you know what is going on with me, at the moment i am face with little difficult of trying to pay up the remaining balance of my bills for the moment, my connection has been cut off, and my TV license too, i just manage to come by at a friends place to send you an email with her computer knowing that you will be worried about me, i do know very well that you care about me and that you truly love me, and i feel same about you, and i know that marriage is a complex thing, am not getting married to you simply because i want you to help me get back my inheritance, NO WAY thats not me, am getting married to you for the simple reason that I LOVE YOU and i have always wanted a HOME, AND HAPPY FAMILY WITH YOU, money is not all that matters, besides the amount that we are expecting is too much for me to spend alone, i do not even know what to do with all that amount, i will need you all the way in my life, we will together help so many people that are in need. I will try my best to be online at my friends place, at he moment am still looking out to get some funds to pay up what i owe so that i can get back online and continue to chat with you, for everyday i get to chat with you here means so much to me, unfortunately i do not know how to get back access to my internet and TV license. Hope to chat with you and read from you soon.

FROM YOUR BELOVED JENNY

LOVE YOU ALL THE TIME

Now things switch to Peter Desmond contacting me. His Email address is info@hrml-online.org., He writes me that Jenny and I will not be able to take ownership of the 3,000,000 pounds after our wedding in the UK that the way it is done is that the funds are wire transfered to my bank account because that is the procedures in place with the Interium Trade Finance company...and that Jenny's mother before she "passed" specified that the inheritence should be given to Jenny's husband for him to manage them for Jenny.

This email including more cheesey documents I was supposed to fill out...were sent as I said from email address info@hrml-online.org:

Hello My Mr.XXXXXXX XXXXXXX.

Am for the my late response, but is due to my busy day and also my family affair that takes me out.but i will try everything possible to fix my home computer so that i can write you any time ,than rushing this early morning to office to write you ok.yeah i got the forms and i also understand all you were saying about the charges that you will have to pay before the inheritance will be send to you ok.but as for now i don't really know what that will be like ,i will get to know later when i check the documents and files ok.

Secondly i want you to know that this inheritance is not something you will collect when you come down here, cos it will cost you much cos you are about to take away a very huge amount of money out from the country.so it will be send to your account for safe keeping.but i will attach a form which you will fill and send back to me immediately so i can poceed with the transfer of the money to your account ok.i want you to know that once this inheritance is send down to your account, your wife can have a very free and easy access to fly home to you without any disturbance from your country because she came in with good capital into their country ok.

So now i have your other email address and i will send this mail to both of them ok.i really hope that your work is moving very fine and progressively huh.i will be waiting for your response, bye for now......God Bless You.

Mr.Peter Desmond.

Then I received the email from Peter Desmond that I had been waiting for...the one that states that in order for the inheritence to be credited to me...I would first have to pay a 5,104 Pound ($8,235.73) Activation Fee, then the 3,000,000 Pounds will be sent to me. Hey I am a gambling man but I am not that stupid...Email received by Peter Desmond Email Address info@hrml-online.org:

Hello Mr. XXXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Good to read from you ,i want you to know that there is procedures which this comapny works with and you are not the one to break it up or change it ok.i want you to know that the charges is 5104 pounds for Activation, and it is not something that will be take off from the inheritance because nobody is allow to temp with the money.this money can only be transfer into your account and not what will be giving to you handy.i believe you know that we are talking of 3,000,000 pounds huh?

So i want you to fill in the form and send back to me ,so i will start up the proccess.also you will have to send the money for the Activation too, because the money cannot be withdrawn from the inheritance.it is against the rules and regulations guiding this company, even in every organization.i also want to point out something for you about the account information, cos you are talking of you don't want your account to be linked to this.nobody cares what is in your account, all we need is to transfer the money into your account and you will do whatever you wish with the money ok.i just believe i have answered your questions and you understand all that i have told you huh.bye for now and am waiting for your response ok..

Mr.Peter Desmond.....

After he hadn't got word back from me in a while...he called me on the phone and told me the same thing...over the phone I definitely detected either a Nigerian or Ghana accent...and I found it interesting that there was a dog barking in the background. I politely told Peter that I did not have 5,104 pounds to send him up front...and he kept saying that was the procedure of the company that he works for. I told him that, is all well and good but I still didn't have 5,104 pounds to send him. He said...well don't you realize we are talking about 3,000,000 pounds here? I said I am very well aware of what we are talking about but it doesn't change the fact that I don't have that kind of money that I can send to him. I told him I would email Jenny and see if she had a way of getting that money so she could have her "inheritence" and hung up the phone.

To Whom It May Concern:

I have read the posts regarding Jennifer Hudson here...and want to set the record straight. I have been a close personal friend of Jennifer and her family for sometime now and I have never found her to be anything but a very honest and trustworthy person. She is not at all a liar and or a cheat. I have a feeling that the real culprit here is Peter Desmond who somehow found information about Jennifer's mother being deceased and fabricated a plot to receive money from Jennifer and anyone else he could convince including the person that posted the things about Jennifer and Peter here. Jennifer as I said has always been an upright and honest person with a heart of gold. I think she has had her heart broken by a man overseas that she was dating sometime...and can't believe what problems this Peter Desmond character has caused her. She did do some modeling several years back, and people have told her on ocassion that she looks like another model Tiffany Teen, but that they are not the same woman. As I say I know her and her family and wanted to do my part to straighten up this whole mess, and any miss information that has been writen about her here...

Anonymous Nigerian scammers operating from internet cafes have been using, among others, this innocent woman´s pics for love scams. The real "Tiffany Teen "knows about this and does not need to be told. Buf, add email and money request of the "Tiffany Teen" you have found on the internet and who has asked you for money; it is only a Nigerian love scammer.

You know her personally? And her family? Riiiight. Come on Buf, you're chatting with a grubby little African boy, pretending to be her and this is the story he's trying to convince you with. Give us some proof you know the real girl and not just through internet chat and pigs will fly.

Buf,

You said you know "Jennifer"? How? Through emails, chat, skype, occassional phone calls & text messages? But never meet her in person, right? Then, it's a big chance if not 100% sure that he is a Nigerian scammer as they've told you pretending to be "Jennifer". These scammers are sp good Buf on fabricating stories, lies to make their deception look real to you, but their one and only purpose is just money. And I hope you haven't still send her any money. Try to listen to what they're trying to tell you. Just post here any emails you receive from "her", chats or money requests and we can tell you that you've been scammed. These people here Buf have expeience dealing with this kind of scam and they can tell you if it's a scam. I know truth will hurt & at first hard to accept but it will save you from further being a victim, hurt and possible huge financial loss from these scammers.

Thank you for inviting us to visit your little fantasy world, Buf, but most of us are quite happy where we are.

How much money have you sent 'her'? :D
