After the burial of my father, my stepmother and uncle conspired and sold my father's property to an italian Expertrate which they shared the money among themselves and live nothing for me. One faithful morning, I opened my father's briefcase and found out the documents which he have deposited huge amount of money in one bank in Scotland with my name as the next of kin because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank in Europe which he used my name as the next of kin. The amount in question is $3.8M(Three Million eight Hundred Thousand Dollars).

I have informed the bank about claiming this money and the only thing they told me is to look for a foreign partner who will assist me in the transfer due to my refugee status here in Senegal. They also told me that my late father's instuction to the bank is that the money would only be release to me when I am married or present a trustee who will help me and invest the money overseas. I am in search of an honest and reliable person who will help me and stand as my trustee so that I will present him to the Bank for transfer of the money to his bank account overseas. I have chosen to contact you after my prayers and I believe that you will not betray my trust. But rather take me as your own sister or we can get married immediately i come to your country.

My dearest, thing are very bad for me here in the refugee camp where i am living today. People are dying here day after day because of lack of food and poor medical treatment. Even one of us died last night and was buried today. I am afraid of what i am seeing here. I don't know who it will be her turn tomorrow. I was first year student in the university studying law before the ugly incident that killed my parents that put me in this horrible place i found myself toady. This place is like a prison as we are only allowed to go out on Monday and Friday of the week as given by the united nation rules and regulation here in Senegal. It's just like one staying in the prison and i hope by Gods grace i will come out here soon. n this refugee we are only allowed to go out two times in a week.

As a refugee here i don't have any right or privilledge to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country. I want to go back to my studies because i only attended my first year before the traggic incident that lead to my being in this situation now took place

Though you may wonder why I am so soon revealing myself to you without knowing you, well I will say that my mind convinc ed me that you may be the true person to help me. Moreso, I will like to disclose much to you if you can help me to relocate to your country because my stepmother have threaten to assinate me and that is why I stop my studies and run away before I finally find myself in the united nations camp here in Senegal where iam living now.

You will also help me to place the money in a more profitable business venture in your Country. My late father deposited some amount of money in a very progressive bank in Europe when he was alive and used my name as the next of kin to the deposit which amounted to $7.500,000.(SEVEN MILLION AND FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND UNITED STATES DOLLARS ONLY) With this information and my desperate situation, I have written to the Bank for the release of the money to me, so that I can use it to establish myself and secure my future, but the Law of the Republic of Senegal does not allow a refugee to engage in such transfer. You see, I am in a very tight corner because of my status here as a refugee.

My name is Miss Sandra Obung, single and never been married, i am from Rwanda in East Africa, 24 years old,Earlier i was residing in Darfur’s refugee camp in Chad on January 2006, at a time, there is a division and dispatch of some of the refugees due to the over population of the people in Chad, i was taken to Senegal West African on 10th August 2007 where I'm presently residing in N'dioum refugee camp here in Senegal where i am seeking political asylum due to the civil war in my country. I am in suffering with pains here in this camp and i really need to have someone by my side to encourage me and give me good advise in life and help me to come out from this situation.

My late father Dr. Wilson Obung was the Industrial Managing director of (WILSON AND INDUSTRIAL COMPANY LTD) in the federal capital of Rwanda (Kigali) the economy capital of my Country, and he was also the personal adviser to the former head of state, before the rebels attacked our house one early morning and killed my mother and father in a cold blood. It is only me that is alive now and i managed to save my life here in Senegal where i am living now as a refugee. This Refugee Camp is headed by a Reverend Father, i used his office computer to send you this email and i only enter his office when he is not in his office.

My day is very boring over here in Dakar Senegal. In this camp we find it hard to go out because we are not allowed to do so, its just like one staying in the prison and l hope by God's grace l will come out here soon. I don't have any relatives now which i can go to, all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war
The only person i have now is Reverend Peter Emmanuel George who is the Reverend Minister in charge of the church in this camp

I want to go back to my studies because i only attended my first year before the tragic incident that lead to my present situation took place. my dear, it is very difficult on me here and my present condition is pushing me to tell you this, listen! i have kept this secret for so long only to myself and i never intend to disclose it to anybody but my unbearable condition is making me to tell you this ; when my father was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading bank which he used my name as the next of kin. The amount in question is $ 3.8m( Three Million eight Hundred Thousand US Dollars), l have my late father's statement of account and death certificate here with me,i will sincerely need your help, i want you to assist me to move out from here just to come over to your country, if you do not have money for bringing me over to your country then i shall write to the bank and tell them to transfer some money to your account for the purpose of my coming,

So l will like you to assist me transfer this money to your account and from it you will send some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you. I can't withdraw the money myself due to my refugee status here in this country which does not permit me to do so, and the money can not be transferred to Senegal where i am in refugee camp.
i will also want you to send some of your pictures.

I have got in touch with the bank and made them to know about my plans to withdraw this money, l also got them aware of the death of my father and they have acknowledged it with all their confirmation and verifications. However, they advise me to get in touch with a very responsible person who will stand on my behalf as my trustee in regards to this money since l am presently of refugee status over here and wouldn't be permitted to handle this amount of money, they also let me know about the bond which they signed with my father that the money will be handled to me in bulk amount which means that l should decide on whether to continue with the bank or not.

I kept this secret to people in the camp here the only person that know about it is the Reverend because he is like a father to me. So in the light of above i will like you to keep it to yourself and don't tell it to anyone for I am afraid of loosing my life and the money if people gets to know about it. Remember I am giving you all this information due to the trust I deposed on you. I like honest, understanding and God fearing person, truthful and a person of vision,and hardworking.

My Favorite language is English and I speak English very fluently because both my father and mother studied in Europe(London). Meanwhile I will like you to call me like I said i have a lot to tell you. Have a nice day and think about me.
