I started wondering why he won´t go to see his children instead? He wrote to me less than a week and suddenly stopped. He tried to send me links but Topface blocked them, maybe email addresses.

Yes, this happened to me too. A guy named Ray Caldwell Moore texted me on Facebook. He posted pictures of the real Gen. Caldwell and pretended to be him! On the pictures I noticed the name on the man's uniform was Caldwell and when I asked him about it gave me a song and dance, so I decided to goggle the last name Caldwell and found him out. He said he wanted to come to California and marry me sight unseen! I had to block him from my Facebook account.

Nothing but a low life scammer!

My friend is currently being scammed by this man. She is insistent that he is real because he is on her facebook. the same M/O btw. love letters, asking for money to send a package through diplomats. She insists he is real. She is from bulgaria. I am heart broken he is messing with her like this. what can I do to help besides inform her?
